Day 8

We did the 8am class with Roz! Again I questioned my thinking when the alarm rang at 6:30 and my back was so sore. Still I was a bit excited and anxious to get back in the yoga studio (and I wanted to just get it over with for the day ... start it right), trusting that everyday my body/spine gets a little better. Patience. Concentration. Determination. Faith. Self-Control. Bikram's 5 principles, aptly written on the wall just outside the studios. The heater in the big room had gone out so we had to do class in the small back room (which I think is hotter). Roz doesn't open the doors. Enjoying a nice coffee and breakfast with Candy now, and feeling good about my practice. I go clean the studios later as part of my work study. I am blessed. Yes.
