Day 19
I couldn't get to sleep Tuesday night. After a riveting night of Birthday Bingo and True Blood with my bff Petey, I stayed up til 3am tossing and turning from stress of day-to-day. After another stressful day at work I was REALLY looking forward to yoga, but decided to do an earlier 6:30 class cause Renee was teaching (love love love Renee - superb dialogue and a background in fitness makes her a fabulous teacher) and to try and decompress after yoga and get a good full night's sleep. With about 3 hours of sleep and a teeth-grinding day at work, and even with my greatest intentions the 90 minute bikram series is NOT easy without complete focus and my mind kept shifting back to work stress, so I struggled in class. Still making small progress though (can alllllmost get my forehead to touch in standing seperate stretching).
