Day 7

Last night we did the 6:30 class with Renee. I was excited for class, but I struggled. I still can not do most of the forward bending poses, and my pain level was high. It was HOT!!!! This is the first time I've actually checked the temperature, it was 102 with 60% humidity, and that's after my long savasana when the room had time to cool down. I was in a crack in the mirror which made it hard to see but also made for some funny mirror magic moments where my face would split mid pose (hard to concentrate also easy to zone out) hahahah.
